I want something slightly different to the Monoset design or quantity, can I get it?

Depending on the what you’d like, we are often able to make a number of changes to suit your preference both in design and the quantity of stationery included, please get in touch to discuss further.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders over $100.

On orders under $100, including sample packs, shipping is $7.95.

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch your stationery within 72 hours of receiving your order (Monday-Friday).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number with instructions on how to track your parcel.

Can I give someone Monoset as a gift?

Yes you can. Monoset makes a perfect, thoughtful and personalized gift. It’s perfect for a variety of occasions. If you don’t know all the person’s contact information then you can simply just add their name to the design, whatever you like.

You’re also able to add a gift note which we print on to the ‘name card’ which is contained within their Monoset case.

If you want the gift to go directly to the recipient just enter their address information during the checkout process and we’ll send it straight there. Otherwise, just put in your address and we’ll send it to you.

What happens if I have a problem with my order?

We check each component of the Monoset collection at several points to ensure the quality is perfect. We then do an intense quality control check before each item is sent to you.

For this reason, problems with orders are extremely rare. However, in the case that there is an issue we operate a no-quibble money-back or replacement guarantee on all purchases.

Could I see a sample before I buy?

If you would like to see a PDF sample rendering of your preferred collection with your own details on it. Please get in touch with an email containing the collection you prefer and the details you wish to include. We aim to email you a sample within 24 hours.
